What makes Masika perfumes special?

Are your perfumes original?
Absolutely. All perfumes offered on Masika.store are 100% original, and we do not sell any imitations, trial samples, or counterfeit products.
Can I return the perfume if I don't like it?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for details.
Do you provide samples or trial sizes?
Currently we do not offer samples, but we are working on providing a trial kit to help customers try out several scents before purchasing the full size.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping within the United States takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we only ship within the United States, and we look forward to adding international shipping options soon.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
We're sorry! Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order, sending photos of the damaged product and your order number. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Info@masikaperfumes.com
Can I modify or cancel the order after it has been completed?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours of completing the order, we will try to help you as much as possible.
Are your products free from animal testing?
Yes, all Masika perfumes are animal-free and have not been tested on animals.
