Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at Info@masikaperfumes.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right.
